ON-GOING PROJECTS:
· Started preparation for the holding of Pacita 2 Garage Sale on May 12 , 13 & 14. · Palarong Pambarangay 2001 - Pacita 2 Phase 1 is hosting the conduct of the tournament. We have teams from Pacita 2 Phase 1, Pacita 2 Squeare, Mercedes Home, Villa Castillo & South View. A total of 20 basketball teams are competing starting on Thursday, 26 April. Breakdown of teams by division: 8 midget, 6 junior, 6 senior. · Seek solution to the overdue flooding problem of Block 18, Phase I homeowners · Computerization of Homeowners database for efficient record management · Installation of a steel-frame bulletin board along the main road adjaccent to Pacita Square Multi-Purpose Hall · Setting up of a Barangay Satellite
Office including the provision of barangay officers, appropriate training and
equipment, etc. ·
Setting up/Construction of the
Association’s Office building ·
Improved and efficient water
service system in coordination with Laguna Management and Service Corporation,
including the study and review of alternative water systems · Setting up of a Barangay Satellite

Improved tricycle service, in
coordination with the various tricycle associations, including the (i)
setting-up of another tricycle terminal along Cardinal Street (near the Sto.
Nino Chapel); and (ii) lower/standardized fares, etc. ·
Request for the exclusive use of
open spaces by the Homeowners Association · Setting up of a variety of programs and activities designed to benefit homeowners/members of all ages (e.g. health, education, sports, livelihood, environment, etc.) ·
Improved street lighting and other
power-related services, including the possible upgrading/replacement of power
transformers by Meralco ·
Better garbage/waste management and
disposal ·
Request for the exclusive use of
